Digital transformation

The main project idea was to create a digital platform for managing applications from people. It was necessary to do an online register of people's requests, automatic distribution, and processing them. To do this, we had to rewrite the existing monolithic web application (web forms) and split it into different APIs. Moreover, we had to implement new features, and it was challenging because of the previous architecture.

We also faced tasks like automated statistics providing, illegal situations identification, an overview of the results of governmental supervision. In addition, one of the tasks was the creation of a catalog of learning elements, where people could discover online courses and tests.

Done during the project:

• Online register of people's requests and appeals with the possibility of statistical accounting.
• Daily updating of requests and formation of lists that require a response from the government.
• Ability to track request status.
• Formation of reports on the work done (on assumed requests and appeals).
• Catalog with educational elements with free access.

Together with the client's team, we created a portal for the digital management of people's requests and appeals. Due to such digitalization, it's possible to collect, analyze, and respond to people's requests online. We rewrote the platform architecture and made the logic of using the platform more understandable.

We also added the function of statistical accounting of all submitted data and developed a catalog with educational materials. We achieved the main goal, so the amount of unnecessary documentation will be reduced and the process of filing various appeals from people to the government will be accelerated.
