Fintech solution

Managing cash flows for self-employed entrepreneurs and small organizations can be challenging because often they don't have a personal accountant. Therefore, our main task was to create an application with all accountant functions like tracking money incomes and expenses, generating all typer of financial reports, budget payment reminding.

In addition, our client wanted us to simplify the company registration process so that users can open a private enterprise or connect an existing one through this application.

We implemented such features:

• Fulfilling monthly and annual government reports and payments.
• Sending invoices and receipts by email, SMS, or WhatsApp to the clients.
• Generating tax slips and keeping track of paid or outstanding taxes.
• Forming of reports and charts on spent money.
• Registering clients' bank accounts and cards through the app.
• Official opening of a new enterprise or loading data of an existing one using the application.

During this project, we developed a solution for finance management, that makes life easier for entrepreneurs.

Among the significant achievements, we would highlight an opportunity to form and send monthly and annual reports in one click to the Government. Also, this application allows users to manage bank accounts and have control over what they pay and receive. By the way, this fintech solution can form exclusive reports and graphs to make users' cash management more efficient.

We performed an in-depth business analysis before starting, so we created the most full-fledged application for managing personal and company finances. It makes an entrepreneur's life easier, saves time, and gets rid of bureaucracy.
