Online property
management app

The main idea was to make the online property management platform as user-friendly as possible. Therefore, our tasks were focused on the functionality of the platform. So that landlords can independently manage their rental property: receive payment, analyze reviews, upload documents, communicate with tenants in video or audio format. While tenants needed a well-considered system of support during authorization, filling the documents, and also paying for housing.

Before work, we studied similar applications and the requirements of landlords and tenants. So, we have identified that both target groups want a clear, fast, and simple online management tool. Thus, we began to work to help people find their perfect home.

In this project, we developed such possibilities:

• The built-in AI Engine responds to over 50 requests from tenants placed through the mobile version of Google Home.
• The virtual assistant helps landlords with routine tasks, CRM monitoring, and sends reminders about important issues.
• The remote video inspection tool helps landlords assess maintenance issues and conduct inspections online.
• The built-in deep-learning recommendation system analyzes property features such as year built, rooms amount, descriptions and shows tenants the most relevant appartements.

The developed platform covers all requirements of landlords and tenants, so we became co-authors of a super convenient and advanced tool for online property management.

We have done a great job and thought through automation to the smallest detail. But when it comes to property management, some tasks still need a human. Therefore, we also thought about connecting with supervisors, which are always just phone calls away. Thus, each user can use the application more comfortably.
