POP BOOK photo book app

Our client, a world-known company Fujifilm, needed help with a mobile app realization. The client's idea was to create cute little photo books using a smartphone. Therefore, our goal was to develop an application for creating a beautiful mini photo book for a gift, or for keeping memories.

The situation

Our main task was to develop an app for creating lasting memories of birthdays, holidays, parties, weddings, and more. We should consider an easy way to select and make photo books, so we added the possibility to choose 21 photos from phone galleries, Facebook, and/or Instagram accounts.

Moreover, we kept in mind that users often want to edit photos, so in this mobile app, users can crop, re-order and edit photos before creating photo books. After books creation, people can share them with friends and family online for free, or order a printed copy delivered to their doorstep.

The solution

So, the developed mobile app includes such features:

  • Photo editor - drag, crop, add filters and add text to the photos
  • Border color - choose either white or black
  • Paper style - choose either gloss or matt
  • Two cute sizes - 10x10cm or 13x13cm

We developed a mobile app that helps to create beautiful mini books from favorite pics directly on the phone. So, users can compose their favorite shots, add funny inscriptions, apply filters, and delight friends with original gifts. People can also order the book in print on Fujifilm quality photo paper so that the photos look their best and stand the test of time.
